Deadly blasts hit Iraqi capital (Sunday, 4 April 2010)

Three large blasts have hit the centre of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, in quick succession, killing at least 15 people.
At least 35 others were injured in the blasts - one near the Iranian embassy. The other two were in the west-central Mansour district of the city.
It is not clear what caused the explosions that shattered a period of relative calm after last month’s parliamentary elections.
Gunshots were heard as emergency services rushed to the scene.
The blasts come two days after at least 25 Sunnis were killed in an execution-style attack at a village near Baghdad.
